01

The brief

Forge Athletics needed a website that feels as intense as training on the gym floor, while making the practical things — what's on today, what it costs, and how to start — quick to find on a phone.

02

The design response

We built a bold, dark identity with condensed headline type and an acid-lime accent. Every page leads to an action: the timetable filters by day and class type and lets visitors reserve a spot, memberships compare side by side with a monthly/annual switch, and each coach has a profile with their specialties.

03

Delivered outcome

A five-page website plus individual coach profiles. Visitors can browse the weekly timetable, book a class, compare and choose a membership, meet the coaches, and send an enquiry — all working end to end in the browser.

The complete journey

A considered role for every page.

01Home

Page purpose

Make a strong first impression and get visitors to their next step — a free trial, today's classes, or memberships — within seconds.

Design decisions

A full-bleed training photo, huge condensed headline and a lime call to action. Below, today's classes are pulled straight from the timetable so the homepage always feels live.

Role in the journey

Visitors jump straight into the timetable, memberships or trial pass from the first screen.

02Classes

Page purpose

Show the whole week's timetable and let people reserve a place without phoning the front desk.

Design decisions

Day tabs and class-type filters sit above a clean list of sessions showing time, coach, intensity and spaces left. Booking a class updates the remaining spaces instantly.

Role in the journey

Once a class is booked, visitors can see their bookings and move on to choosing a membership.

03Memberships

Page purpose

Make pricing transparent so people can pick the right plan with confidence.

Design decisions

Three plans side by side with a monthly/annual switch, the most popular plan highlighted, and a short join form that confirms the chosen plan.

Role in the journey

The final decision step — visitors leave with a chosen plan and a start date.

Open the Memberships page
04Coaches

Page purpose

Build trust by introducing the people who actually run the sessions.

Design decisions

Large portrait cards with specialties and qualifications. Each coach has their own profile page listing the classes they teach.

Role in the journey

From a coach profile, visitors can go straight to that coach's classes on the timetable.

05Contact

Page purpose

Answer practical questions — where, when, parking — and capture enquiries.

Design decisions

Opening hours, address and a focused enquiry form with an instant confirmation.

Role in the journey

The catch-all for anyone not ready to book yet.
