Is the first conversation a commitment?
No. The initial conversation helps us understand your needs and explain the next step. We confirm any chargeable advice and its fee before proceeding.
Will I have a named contact?
Yes. You will know who is responsible for your matter and how to contact them. Where another discipline would help, we discuss an introduction with you.
What is not included in the starting fee?
The starting fee covers the standard scope described above. Additional work and third-party charges are quoted separately. We do not begin additional chargeable work without discussing it with you.
