What’s not included
Carpet shampooing, exterior windows, mould remediation, hazardous waste and work at height aren’t included. Oven interiors, fridge interiors, interior windows, ironing and balcony sweeps are optional extras. End-of-tenancy cleans do not guarantee a deposit return.

Do I need to be home or leave keys?
Whichever suits you. Welcome us in or tell us about a secure key arrangement in your access notes. Please never include alarm codes in this demo.
Can you clean around pets?
Absolutely. Tell us about your pets when you book, and keep them comfortable in a safe room while we work.
Do you bring products and equipment?
Yes. We bring our eco-friendly everyday products and equipment. Tell us about delicate surfaces or product sensitivities in your notes.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel your clean without a cancellation charge. Contact the team if your plans change.
When do I pay?
Payment is arranged after your clean. This concept booking takes no payment and sends no personal details to a server.
Is the team insured?
Our team is vetted and insured. If something is not quite right, tell us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean of the affected areas.
